Hi everyone,



I will be sending a kindergartener off to school in about a week.  Does
anyone have any advice on how to educate and work with teachers for
children with Celiacs.  She will only be there half-day so except for
field trips (where they bring their own food) she will not be eating at
school.  My concern is the parties and unplanned treats.  I plan on
having cupcakes in the freezer ready to go, but just wanted to see if
anyone had any advice that will help make this experience a good one for
her.
