Hello everyone, nice to meet ya'll.

I am new to the list and feel fortunate to have recently discovered it.
I would like to thank everyone who makes this list possible. Ya'll are
doing a great job, keep up the good work. I have found your information
invaluable.

I would like to obtain the best resources for Safe and Forbidden foods
and other dietary restrictions for CD. Is there a definitive list, or is
it more trial and error? I have read all the info sent as a new
subscriber. However, I see contradictions and conflicts amongst
different groups and lists.

I plan on joining CSA and requesting their "Cooperative Gluten-Free
Commercial Products Listing. Can someone provide insight to this
Listing. (Good, Bad, etc.)

Could someone comment on what they feel is the best priced suppliers for
glutten free products. I have visited many sites and have started a
spread sheet to try to determine the best prices, I would like to order
some items before my data is finalized.
