I TAKE TWINLAB OCUGARD PLUS. CONTAINS Lutein and Zeaxanthin, AND IS
GLUTEN-FREE.

Check out Life Extension at www.lef.org. I use SUPER ZEAXANTHIN W/LUTEIN
MESO-ZEAXANTHIN W/C3G and am having good luck with them.

Just off the website. There is a membership charge if you want the lowest
price. However, if you have them shipped to you on a regular basis (called
VIP order) shipping is free. Google "Life Extension vitamins" to see if
anyone else has them cheaper. Maybe Whole Foods carries the line, I am not
certain. My last order cost me $13.37 with my membership and free shipping for
60 gel capsules.
I would not use a Centrum product. The two I recommend are OrthoMolecular
4 Sight (but it can only be purchased through a physician or nutritionist –
unless you live in Orange County, CA, I could get some for you at cost)
and Pioneer Nutritionals Comprehensive Eye Health. Pioneer can be purchased
on the internet through various sites.
This is the cheapest site I could find Pioneer Eye Health -

I get mine at Vitamin Shoppe. Cheaper at Lucky Vitamins, but that is Mail
 Order.

I take Lutein with Zeaxanthin made by Spring Valley. Marked gluten free.
I find it at Wallmart. And then a vitamin from Nature Made -Multi for her
that I find at Rite Aid that is gluten free.
My ophthalmologist told me to stop taking them, as there is not enough
research to confirm they do any good. Is your doctor an eye specialist?
