Hello all:
We will be going to Spain next year and I'd like some current info. I am wondering if anyone knows whether Spanish red wine is in casks that have been sealed with wheat paste. Also I've read that Spanish mayonnaise contains wheat. Does anyone know if that's true? Plus I'd appreciate any restaurant recommendations for Madrid & Barcelona.
