Thank you to all that responsed I to my post.  The website that sells  
individual serving sizes is minimus.biz  I have ordered from  them in the past with 
good success but lost the information. Another  website was mentioned,  
Kitch-n-kaffe.safeshopper.com i will check that one  out as well.
 
As for our trip to Zurich, one responder who is Swiss, mentioned a  health 
food store called Reformhaus for purchasing gf  food.  Also, I was told by many 
that celiac disease is more  common there and the nicer restaurants will be 
able to accommodate us if we  explain to the wait staff.  In the large cities 
there will be speakers of  English.  
Triumph dining.com was mentioned for their dining cards in different  
languages.  I have the English version and have used them here. They  are very 
helpful for clueless wait and kitchen staff.
