I have been cruising for many years. 27 Cruises so far, not to boast, but to let everyone know that I've had Gluten Free experiences on many lines.

My best experiences have been with Celebrity and RCCL. Both lines do an exceptional job with a Gluten Free diet. I prefer Celebrity. They have labeled all their menus with Gluten Free items, and I order from the main menu as well. They will modify the meals so I can have them. The dedicated chefs work their magic. All the waiters I've had have been very familliar with the diet, and if they are not sure, ALWAYS confer with the Maitre'd as well as the chef. They have Gluten Free bread and pasta. Not several varieties, but then they are not a grocery store, but they'll make every effort where possible. They will also make special desserts for me. I've had crustless cheese cake, chocolate mousse, etc: I can order what I want without a bit of concern.

At the buffets, if I have a question a Maitre'd is always available for consultation.

Would I love to have all the great Gluten Free food I can get on land at my local grocery store? Of course! But these lines do a wonderful job! I congratulate them every chance I get. I just returned from a Celebrity Cruise Saturday and they did an outstandling job as they always do!

Well educated staff at all levels and is attentive to every detail. I can enjoy my trip without any dietary concerns. I've always had an outstanding experience. Looking forward to my next cruise with them in August!
