Hi All--

This may seem to be an odd thing to post about, but I really don't know the
answer...

I'm trying to switch to a more Mediterranean-type diet (fewer breads,
floured snacks, and floured desserts - I need the weight, but not the
expense). So, as I think about adding nuts to my diet, which is a new thing,
are all manufacturers/suppliers of nuts pretty much the same in terms of
providing GF nuts? Are Costco or Walmart's plain, unsalted nuts as safe as a
health food store's nuts? I wouldn't think there would be any reason to add
any glutened starch to a package of nuts, but I've seen some pretty strange
things over the years.

Thanks...I'll summarize. ~~Ayn in Alabama
