I was wondering what is the time frame for all of you out there from
when you absolutely know you accidentally ingested gluten to when you
react?
Also what kind of reaction do you have?

I say absolutely know you ingested, because everyone gets diarrhea for
variable reasons celiac or not and some celiacs I know tend to always
blame all sickness on gluten ingestion. When in reality EVERYONE
celiac or not gets sick from time to time.
