Pam, It has been my experience  in the past that taking something natural
that helps keep your bowels cleaned out of stuff that can collect when your
fiber is too low, the initial reaction is diarrhea for a few days until the
excess matter is excreted and then you have regularity if you continue.
 Does this make sense to anyone that might be more knowledgeable than I am?
