Thanks to all who replied with their suggestions on ceramic pans. I got a
wide range of answers, from those who never worry about shared pans to those
who felt pans should never be shared (2/2). I also emailed the manufacturer,
who replied that the pans are not porous.

What I ultimately did was tell them that sharing the pans was acceptable as
long as they could thoroughly clean the pans so that no burned-on gluten
food/stains would remain.

Appreciate the time you all took to help.

Pam
