Recepies (qouted as recieved, but haven' tried):
#1
1c rice flour Pam dounght maker. Mix dry ingredients. Make well in
center.
1/3 c potato starch Add eggs and wet ingredients. Mix (do it by
hand). Spoon into
1/4 c tapioca starch hot doughnut maker to 1/2-2/3 full. Close and
cook 3 minutes.
1/3 glutinous rice flour Time may vary for different makers. Yield
about 20 regular size.
i tsp to 2 TBSP apple fiber (optional)
1tsp Xantan or guar gum Can be baked in mini doughnut pans in the oven
375F, but I can
3 tps baking poweder not remember the time. It takes longer in the
oven so I use the
3/4 c sugar doughnut maker.
1TBSP Daryfree powder
1tsp salt Chocolate doughnuts turned out well, but I just dumped in
about
3/4 c orange juice or other liquid 3TBSP cocoa powder and added extra oil
(about 2TBSP) instead
2 eggs, beaten of the vanilla
1 tsp vanilla or koolaid powder (more to taste)
1TBSP vegetable oil
1/4 c apple sauce
