       Hi One and all,

I have realised that one one the major problems due to
malabsorption is the loss of key Electrolytes, minerals and salts.

This leads to salt and PH balance problems. This causes low
blood volume, low energy, fatigue, etc, etc. The whole system gets out
of balance!

One can improve upon this by eating alkaline forming foods and
drinks, taking sodium bicarbonate tablets and most importantly SEA SALT.

         Cheers,

          Anand D. Singh.
