Replies were few on this.
One listmate said I should be wary of anything that helps the immune system.
  (The product boosts the Thymus Gland)
Another said to be wary of anything containing bovine extract due to Mad
Cow disease.
   Metagenics gets there bovine extract from a country that has no Mad
Cow disease -
    I think New Zealand.  Not sure.  But they said there is no risk of this.
Another said she likes Metagenics products and thinks highly of them.
Another suggested a flu shot in season, and a mega multi-vitamin with
antioxidants
year-round.
