Some questions have been asked about how to find a doctor that recognizes
CS, and I have an idea.  I asked my two (!!!) doctors who both recognized
the disease/symptoms, and the one thing they had in common was a medical
education obtained in GREAT BRITAIN.  Apparently it was 'discovered' in
Birmingham, and the study of CS/DH is required there.  Happy Hunting.
