Yes, it's that time of year again. Kids are headed back to school and
life, for us parents, becomes much quieter (at least during the day!).
This month's issue of www.glutenfreeda.com features a helpful article for
Back to School gluten-free challenges. We've not only provided ideas for
great snack and lunch products but we've also included a complete 4 week
daily menu for sack lunches! Also this month we've got some great
contributing authors. First, we have Cheri Henderson with her article
on "The Dinner Invitation". Get some great advice from Cheri on what do
do when you are invited over to well-meaning family and/or friends for
dinner and how to safely cope with the gluten-free challenges inherent in
the invitation. And don't forget to check out our new monthly feature,
Eating Out Gluten-Free by by Kim Koeller and Robert La France. This month
our friends from The Gluten Free Passport bring us a great article on
Gluten-Free Dining and Mexican Restaurants: Avoiding a Common Pitfall.
Other articles this month at Glutenfreeda.com include: Main Dish Salads,
Cool Desserts and Gluten-Free Beauty & Nutrition Products.

As the kids strap on the back packs and make their way to school - don't
forget the perfect after school snack - Glutenfreeda's Real Cookies! Our
line of preformed, frozen gluten-free cookie makes it a cinch to give your
kid that plate of warm, yummy cookies (that taste exactly like the real
thing!) - the perfect pick-me-up after a long day at school.

For thousands (literally thousands) of great gluten-free recipes,
articles, on-line cooking classes, gf menus, product test reviews and
other great information please visit www.glutenfreeda.com.

* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
