Hi everyone:

Just a little message to tell you that Royal Aviation does not offer gluten
free meals on their flights. In fact, I talked to the person responsible of
complaints and was told that:
They offer regular, vegeterian, kosher, lactose free and for diabetics
but not gluten free.

I then asked whether they provide a simple meal such as fish and potatoes.
The person then replied that this was not a restaurant. I was to get a
regular meal and that is all.

When I told her that I would never fly with Royal Aviation again and that I
would tell other celiacs, she replied that she did not care -- and she was
responsible for taking complaints.

What service!??

Have a good day,

Suzanne
