We are a spanish couple who are going to visit Iceland in August 2000.
My wife is celiac; so she must follow a gluten free diet.

Therefore we've tried to contact someone in Iceland to give us some
advices about where could we buy gluten free foods in Iceland, if is it
easy to find gluten free food...

Unfortunately, we tried to contact with the only address we had (Mr. Magnus
from 'Samtok Folks Med Glutenopol' in Reykjavik) but it's been in vain. So
we've decided to post to the list as our last resort, because it's close
for us to go to Iceland.

We look forward to hearing from anybody
who could give us some information.
