<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

I am currently researching the subject of Celiac disease being covered under
the Americans with Disabilities Act and reasonable accommodation. I am
looking for any cases or web links that give credibility to this claim,
especially court cases and legal proceedings with public institutions. Any
links to the actual cases or information would be extremely helpful.

I thank you in advance for your help in this matter. I will summarize.
