Hello from California
we decided, this year, to do a progressive dinner
for the six homes in our Court. One neighbor will
serve hors d'ouvres, one the main course and one
will finish up with desserts and after dinner drinks.

We are doing the main course, for twelve adults,
and I know I will attempt to do too much so I need
your wisdom. I thought three main dishes with a
rice dish, small red potatoes and vegetables on the
side. We want it to be festive so would welcome you
diverse ideas.

Thanks
Valerie
