I checked the archives and both levothroid and asacol seem to be
gluten-free, but a lot of the messages were dated, so I wanted to see if
anyone has up-to-date confirmation of their gluten-free status.

I also checked the archives on making one's kitchen gluten-free and
found a few differing responses on what is necessary. I live with a
gluten-eating roommate, and at this point I have my own wooden
cutting board and toaster (and wont use wooden spoons that have
been used with gluten-food)-- everything else in the kitchen is shared.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help!
