What great responses from everyone!  The overwhelming majority suggested I
order the donuts from Kinnikinnick and since the shipping is so high, place
an order that is worth the $15 flat ship fee.  Lots of people suggested
popping them in the microwave before eating to soften them up and most
everyone said it was their experience to have them freeze well.
