Greetings, Listmates!

    My Mom is self-diagnosed celiac after years of intense
gastrointestinal suffering and is managing quite well (with my
assistance and that of my husband: her personal "Gluten Police"!). She
and my Dad will be traveling to Gulf Shores, Alabama next month for
several weeks and I am here to ask if any of you know of health food
stores, gluten-free-friendly restaurants, or have general
recommendations for the area. I can find nothing in the archives, so
will appreciate any information you might send our way. I will
summarize.
