Grocery -There is a local supermarket in Harrisonburg that has a Nature's
Promise section with a decent gf selection. For a family of 4 (all gf) we
were able to find everything we would normally by for a week of groceries.

Eating Out - In Harrisonburg: Outback, Chili's and Chik-a-fil - all with
GF menu items.

Caution - Eating out can be risky.

All in all it was a good week and I am glad to be back home where we are
LUCKY to have so many GF otptions for shopping, dining and bakeries.

Thanks to all who responded.

Sara, CT
