Thanks to everyone for your help.  The CSA shopping guide
is a big help.  I called Louis Rich and Oscar Mayer and
they sent me a GF list of their food products.  It is
a two page list so here is the phone # 1-800-722-1421.
The top of the list reads as follows: Louis Rich & Oscar
Mayer consumer packaged products which do not contain gluten
(Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats or Their Derivatives) or
vinegar.  Call for the list they know what gluten is.
