Dear Listmates,

I have been a subscriber for one month and have much enjoyed the recipes,
humor, discussions and things I have learned.

It seems to me that being a celiac is a lot like being pregnant - you can't
be "a little bit pregnant" and you can't be "a little bit celiac."

No matter how many components of biopsy and blood test are positive and/or
negative, whether they are slightly or overwhelmingly positive celiacs feel
better when complying with the diet.

I know I would never do a gluten challenge or cheat because I do not the
symptoms to return.
