I'd like to add a little to Mike's comments about IMMCO.

Dr. Vijay Kumar (IMMCO) also has been one of the key players in
developing the efficacy of the serology tests and enhancing the sensitivity
and specificity to celiac disease. He also collaborates with other
researchers and publishes often on the subject of these tests. Dr. Kumar
clearly has been and continues to be focused on an area of research near and
dear to our concerns. (We're lucky -- we've been diagnosed. I worry about
the ones we haven't found yet and Dr. Kumar shares that concern.)

IMMCO not only does the testing, but the lab also is committed to make
the testing better (why does that sound like a TV ad?).

On the personal side, in the Western New York area, we have been
privileged to have a good friend in Dr. Kumar. He's a great speaker and
always seems to have time to answer my questions.
