I forgot the second part of my question...

Since I still have the stomach discomfort, I'm not sure I would know a gluten reaction if I had one.  Can anyone tell me what it feels like?  I was so sick with malabsorbtion symptoms before my diagnosis, that I
don't know what was causing what...
