In the April Issue of Gluten-Free Baking and More:

*Cherry Loaf. Cherries aren't just for ice cream anymore. Our maraschino
cherry loaf is great for spring! It's easy to make and bursting with
cherries.

*Pizzelles. In the mood for cookies, but don't feel like turning on the
oven? Make a batch of pizzelles. These anise-scented waffle cookies are
super-easy to make (and to eat!). (In addition to eating out of hand, we
like to make ice cream sandwiches with our pizzelles.)

*Cod Cakes. No heavy cod cakes for us! Our cod cakes are crispy, crunchy and
light! This recipe can be made in about 45-minutes from start to eating. Cod
cakes are a perfect treat for guest who would never guess this is "special
diet" food!

*Cheese Crackers. We worked a long time on an easy recipe for cheese
crackers. Does "slice and bake" sound easy enough? That's right! To make
these crackers thin and crispy, simply roll the dough into a log and "slice
and bake." Better yet, they bake in about 5 minutes!

*Easy Banana Cream Pie. A thick slice of pie on a spring evening is a great
way to end the day. Get right to the eating with this easy recipe. Of
course, this pie is perfect with whipped cream.

*Garlic Oil. Hungry before dinner? Make a batch of this garlic oil, grab
some bread and you will be all set.

* "Do You Need A..." Our new series on kitchen appliances kicks off with a
look at bread machines.
