Hi All--

My night for posting, I guess. My doc gave me one dose of Diflucan today to treat what she's thinking is an overgrowth of yeast in my GI tract. She also wants me to start eating PLAIN yogurt, but I've never found any plain yogurt in the brands that I know are GF.

Can anyone suggest a brand that's fairly easy to find? I have Walmart, Winn Dixie, Kroger, Publix available. Also, I know I should probably make my own, but for now I'm too sick to do that. I've been running a low-grade fever for ten days (unknown cause), and along with all the GI problems I'm having, I don't have the umph to spend time making yogurt.

Thanks for any information anyone would be willing to share.

Cheers,
Ayn in Alabama
