I know that all Kosher foods are NOT gluten free but the stores are starting
to stock up on some cookies and cakes that are made without cake meal or
flour. While reading the labels I can see some are obviously gluten free
but others have things like vanilla or artificial flavors in them. Normally
I would call the company to verify these ingredients but I was wondering if
I still need to do this since they are Kosher.
