Hey,
My girlfriend asked me about a kind of strip that
could be dipped/put into a substance and if it turned
a certain color, we knew gluten was evident.
Something similar to a Ketone strip, would work the
same way. Anyone know of something like that? I
thought it would be a cool idea.
