I made almond bread that Janet had given us and is in the archives for December 7, 2001. I have really enjoyed it. I like the flavor and it doesn't fall apart. I had a BLT sandwich using it and even with the juice from the tomatoes, it did not fall apart at all. The middle pieces seemed a little doughy at first--after taking it out of the bread machine. I sliced it after it cooled and let it dry a little. It was fine the next day. I have kept it in the refrig between wax paper and have enjoyed some each day.

I bought my almond flour from Lucy's Kitchen Shop at
www.lucyskitchenshop.com

I have no connections at all--was just given this resource as a way of getting the flour.

Have a great week. - Sharon in KS
