Other than on splenda warning websites i cannot find a
definition of "Hyperplasia of the Pelvis". Can anyone
explain what exactly this is?

Hyperplasia: An abnormal increase in the number of
cells in an organ or a tissue with consequent
enlargement.

Pelvis: 1. a. A basin-shaped structure of the
vertebrate skeleton, composed of the innominate bones
on the sides, the pubis in front, and the sacrum and
coccyx behind, that rests on the lower limbs and
supports the spinal column.
         b. The cavity formed by this structure.
   2. The hollow funnel in the outlet of the kidney,
into which urine is discharged before entering the
ureter. Also called renal pelvis.

Does Splenda affect the kidneys? (as in definition 2 of
pelvis-and if so, why does "enlarged liver and kidneys"
show on the list also?) the pelvic cavity? or the bones
of the pelvis? What grows? What are the symptoms of
Pelvic Hyperplasia?
