Hi Everyone,

I am using standard gravy recipe (with gf ingredients) for Easter
dinner.

I am planning to use corn starch to replace the flour in the recipe.

Does anyone know how much of the cornstarch should be substituted for
the flour? Should I use more, or less, of the cornstarch than the recipe
calls for with four? Or is a one-to-one substitution OK?

Thanks so much!

Christine
