Hi,
I would like to hear from anyone who has food intolerances and how they figured out what they were. If you did any testing , what kind was it? I am gluten free, dairy free and hardly ever eat eggs but I am still having problems. I just went through a lot of testing and my celiac is under control. Does anyone have any information on the ALCAT blood test? Where do I go from here? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
