Several people have heard that I make GF baklava and have
asked for information:

a) Yes, I do make GF baklava

b) No, I do not do it as a business, for sale
     it's just for family, friends, ...

c) Yes, it is time consuming to make

d) Yes, there is a recipe ... more than that, I put up a video
     on YouTube some time back with the full recipe and how
     to make it. Here's the link:

e) Yes, the same approach can be followed to make other recipes
      that call for pastry phyllo (filo)
      You can make spanakopita ( Greek spinach pie )
      You can make tiropita ( Greek cheese pie )
