Hi everyone,

It's time to take another trip. I have studied the archives and come
up with some useful information and also heard from a couple of nice
people who were generous and supplied me with some good advice regarding
where to eat and shop gluten-free in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk VA
area.

I've never been to the East Coast except as far as Orlando FL. My
husband has a business convention scheduled starting this Saturday April
28th. We are tentatively registered to stay at the Marriott Waterside
in Norfolk. I was hoping there were plenty of things to do and places
to shop and eat near the hotel. If not, we have another option which is
to stay about 6 miles away at a Town Place Suites on Cleveland St. in
Virginia Beach which would have a full kitchen and then I could cook
meals. I really could use some feedback from anyone in the area
regarding both hotels and resources available in the area as I am
totally in the dark when it comes to knowing anything about Virginia. I
am excited to learn more though.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. I will answer all
mail and summarize.

Sincerely,
Gina
