My five-year-old son, who has Celiac, has been begging me for a year to find
something similar to Cheerios for him to eat. A dietician we met with once
claimed there was a rice version ("Rice-ios"?), but we've never been able to
find anything like that. Has anyone ever seen such a thing? We did just
find a nice new (to us, at least) gluten-free cereal called "Rice Twice," by
Erewhon, I believe, which were essentially sweetened rice krispies.
