My 10 year old Regal Bread Maker finally quit on me. While I know that the Zojirushi X20 is the best for gluten free breads the $200 price tag is a bit steep for me.  I'd like to know what brands and models you recommend as well as which ones to avoid.  Any information you can pass on would be a big help.  Thanks!
