Imagine foods, and Lundberg are two companies that claim thier products
containing brown rice syrups are gluten free. Last I checked, however,
both of these enzyme cultures were started on barley. I will call them
again. However, Other than these two, is anyone aware of a company that
makes a brown rice syrup that is NOT started on a barley starter? I need
this to determine if the products are gluten free or not.
