I want to thank everyone for their thoughts on the school lunch for my
neighbors son. I am a celiac also, but usually just take leftovers, but you
guys gave me some great ideas..brochures and some charts that obviously had
some time put into it.
I printed everything out and gave it to my neighbor who was overwhelmed and
grateful at all the info.
Her cousin HAS changed Dr's. after going home and thinking about what he
said for a bit.
Both boys have shown major behavior changes, have settled down in school and
the Mom's are not receiving daily notes from the teachers .. ok, well maybe
the notes have slowed down some <eg>

Kinnikinnick breads came out on top for sandwiches.
Ener G Foods Tapioca Bread
Bobs Red Mill GF Bread
Deland Bakery
Sylvan Borders Farms Mix
Glutino corn bread
