My experience backs up Jim Lyles. When I was diagnosed 10 years ago I had no
overt symptoms and was the picture of health. Problem was found after
analysis of blood tests. Even since then I get no noticeable reaction from
Gluten but it will affect my gut. I must be even more alert since
inadvertent gluten ingestion will not be noticed and I will not notice it
until routine blood tests once a year.
