I have been on this list on and off for a couple of years and during this
most recent foray this Dr. Fine guy has become so prominent.  How had he
emerged to the forefront of CD?  What got him into it?  What school is he
from?  Does he only travel or does he teach or have a practice?  Is he a
GI doc or what?

Is he controversial or conventional?
