I have read time and time again that buckwheat is NOT wheat and is
gluten free.  Well, I cooked up a bowl of buckwheat two days ago and
have been sick ever since.  I ate approximately 1 cup cooked.  Am I
mistaken to have believed this to be GF?  If it is, I really don’t
understand what is going on.
