We are planning a road trip down south, spending one night in Huntersville, NC before heading down to Atlanta (we've already got things figured out for this portion of the trip). 

On our way back, we're spending 3 days in Asheville. I know this is supposed to be a very gluten-free-friendly town, but I'm looking for suggestions for restaurants for all meals.
