I seem to remember a few months ago someone bringing up the subject of
right side pain in celiacs. I have had this pain since just before my
diagnosis eight months ago. After going gluten free, it almost went away.
I was hardly ever bothered with it. But, the last two weeks I have gotten
somewhat careless (no lectures, please, I know it was irresponsible of me
to do) and have had traces of gluten in my diet. Along with the usual
digestive upsets, the pain has gotten noticeably worse. I wonder if the
gallbladder might be involved, or is it intestines? It is on the right
side at my waist and it is usually a sharp but intermittent pain. I do not
have any fever. Can anyone give me some insight on this? Thanks in advance.
