Does anyone know which of the ricotta cheeses are gluten free?  All of the
brands have vinegar listed in the ingredients.  I was advised that "Maggi
Brand" was okay but I can't locate that brand in South Florida.  The only
brand that we have down here is Polly-O or Sorrento.  Thanks for any help in
advance.
