Tabachnik

·        You should check out the Jewish Tabachnik soups--frozen. (I am not Jewish) They are all excellent and several are clearly GF. I have tried just about all that are GF and like them all (i am one of those celiacs who have a clear reaction to a gluten error, so I know).

·        Also they are handily wrapped. Each box contains 2 serving, separately wrapped. You cut through the plastic wrap in an X-shape and then invert the pack over a soup bowl, nuke for 4 minutes on high, scrape it out --most of it drops out--and serve. We especially like the split pea soup and the vegetable chili. I think these would be excellent for working people who have a microwave at the office or for a quick lunch. As with most Jewish products, the ingredients list is very accurate.
