I thank those that have responded to my post regarding gluten
containing grains but I would like to stress the following:  -there is
controversy over several of the grains listed in the post-. I have
found information which supports both sides and will leave it at that.
As in all things, there is a difference of opinion with each side
maintaining a firm ground.

In light of replies to my post from both the for and against sides, I
have contacted a someone who was involved in the Seventh International
Symposium on Buckwheat and requested this person's help in finding
information on that particular seed. If and when I hear from this
person, I will post the findings here.
