Just wanted to share a great restaurant recommendation in Truckee ( Lake 
Tahoe). The Cottonwood Restaurant is located in Truckee, above the town. 
The chef is familiar with gluten free preparation and came to our table to go 
over all possibilities on the menu with us. An added bonus is they use rice flour 
on their fried items so they are safe, as are french fries a(great for the kids!) 
and anything else in the fryer. The food is excellent as is the 
view/atmosphere. It is not cheap (20-30 for entrees) but a great dining 
experience non the less! Amy
